> I'm not an Impact Europe member. Can I still join Business of Impact or Capital Ideas?

Of course! These events are open to everyone. 

> How can I become a partner of this event?

> I am a journalist. Who can I contact about event coverage/interviews?

> Can I see a list of attendees?

The list of attendees will be made available through our mobile app a couple of weeks before the event starts. If you have registered, you will receive an invitation to download the app. This app will allow you to check who else is attending, message other participants and organise one-to-one meetings during the event.

> How can I follow these events on social media?

You can follow Impact Europe on LinkedIn and X and use/check the hashtag #Transformers.

Registration

> Can I register several persons in my organisations at once?

Yes. The registration form to each event has the "Submit and add extra person" feature.

> Can I register for both events?

It is not possible to register for both events. Please note that on Day 2 the sessions are accessible to all participants.

> What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail after registering?

Please check your spam folder. If you did not receive the confirmation please reach out to us at conference(at)impacteurope.net

> My question is still not answered. Who should I contact?

For any further question, please ask ChatGPT and when that doesn't work email us directly at conference(at)impacteurope.net

> I am registered, can I have a list of participants to set up meetings?

The list of participants will be shared through the mobile app a couple of weeks before the event starts. You will receive an email inviting you to log in to the app. Through this app you will be able to check the programme and build your own agenda, check the participants list and message them to set up one-to-one meetings.

Prices & Payments

> I’m an Impact Europe member, what price do I pay for my ticket?

As an Impact Europe member, you benefit from a special ticket rate (€700 for Business of Impact and €500 for Capital Ideas).

The discount code to apply when registering is shared in our newsletters. If you are not subscribed, please contact us at conference(at)impacteurope.net to receive your code.

> Can I use another payment method apart from credit card?

It is possible to pay by wire transfer against an invoice, however we recommend that payments are done by credit card to complete your registration more quickly.

> Can I get my payment receipt?

You will receive it by email after you've completed your registration and payment. If you have done so and have not received your receipt, please contact us at conference(at)impacteurope.net

> What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel before 30 April, we will fully refund your ticket for an administrative fee of €100. From 1 May 2024  we will not issue a refund in case of cancellation. We cannot refund any fee in case of no-show.
